ContractGo provides tools for generating and managing contracts. You agree to:

• Keep your WhatsApp and email contact information current.
• Ensure that all recipients of contracts are authorized to sign.
• Comply with applicable laws regarding electronic signatures.

4. Limitations of Liability
ContractGo and Lascar Scott Consulting (Pty) Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Users may also request account termination at any time.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from ContractGo shall be resolved under South African law.
